An update

Hi! I know it’s been awhile. Almost two years since I quit social media and two years since I published Reckless Night You Won’t Regret. After publishing four books in the span of 9 months I was burned out and took a writing break. Then Covid happened and everything just stopped. I couldn’t read fiction, let alone write fiction, because I had no headspace. My anxiety ramped up, I was working from home, taking care of BB and trying to deal with remote learning for a kindergartener unable to sit still. I still thought about the stories I wanted to tell.

A lot of other stuff happened during the pandemic, but now that I’m vaccinated and in a much better place mentally, I’m ready to pick up where I left off. I’m working on another short story collection. A YA novel called The Summer That Nothing Happened. There will hopefully be an adult romance published in Winter 2023. A YA Law and Order-esque thriller on February 2022. And the follow-up to Ten Fantastic Fails of Rory O’Leary later in 2023.

There’s more in the pipeline, but I’m not ready to give up all of my secrets yet. I’m looking forward to going some (safe) travel this summer, reuniting with friends and family I haven’t seen in a long time, eating lots of ice cream, reading new release from my favorite authors, and of course writing.

Sending you lots of love and light and as always, thanks for supporting indie writers and indie publishing!
